We can manufacture lamps in an ultra-low dew point environment.
The dew point inside the glove box can be maintained below -76°C. Additionally, we can achieve even lower dew points, so please consult us (we have a track record of below -90°C). Sealing of valves using image furnaces or high-frequency heating is possible. By connecting a vacuum oven, gas release for valves and electrodes can be performed.
